Marcello Romei: Hypnotic communication – the Energy induction

This workshop unfolds how clinical hypnosis enables us to guide our patients in overcoming anxiety, fear and phobic states related to dentistry.
We do not really know the existing limit in the communication between mind and body; therefore we will see that there is a wide field regarding the hypnotic inductions. In order to reduce anxiety and fear prior to any intervention experienced by patients regarding environment, caution body language, mirroring and rapport; all come together to create successful hypnotic communication. Confidence, observation and verbal delivery generate the “voluntary change” in patients and avoid suffering undergoing surgical procedures.

Informal approaches to experiment clinical hypnosis combining energy intuitive inductions to avoid the harmful effects of anxiety and unconscious fear, stimulates patients own resources for a good treatment. Through the therapeutic depth of these energy inductions and subsequent trance we guide the patients to control their anxiety and pain medical or dental procedures.

Yossi Adir: Hypno-breathing: breath therapy approaches to the enhancement of hypnotic effects

This will be an experiential workshop wherein we will learn what “type of breathers” we are, and exercise different breath work techniques (like circular breathing, fast and full breathing, and more).

Our breath may influence our mood, our stress, our emotions, cognitions, and body. Like hypnosis, breath therapy can induce altered state of mind and have an effect on emotional, physical, spiritual, and cognitive/mental well-being. Derived from various spiritual traditions from around the world, breath work was pioneered mainly in the west by Wilhelm Reich.

The workshop will enable the participants to learn & experience the introduction of breath work, as well as to discover how these can enhance the hypnotic experience. This will be an experiential workshop and will offer opportunities to enrich our lives and the therapeutic, as well as hypnotic process.
